What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the fields you choose to provide, which may include your name, role, device, project details, feedback, permission choices, and contact information. When you use the project assistant, the current question and recent conversation context are sent to the model service to generate a response. Each feature processes a different set of fields.
Why we use it
We use form information to arrange starter materials, run the 30-day challenge, review project cases, confirm publication permission, contact participants, and improve the course and program. Assistant conversations are used only to generate the current answer and recommend paths on this site. A form submission or assistant conversation is not published as a case without another confirmation.
How it is stored
The deployment version writes form records to a persistent server data directory. The project passport stays in the visitor's current browser. This site does not save full assistant questions or answers. It records only request status, model name, response time, and token usage for troubleshooting and cost control. The service uses access controls, same-origin checks, rate limits, and request size limits. The website does not use advertising tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for as long as the purposes above require. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your submission through the contact you provided. The data contact after launch is: privacy@thevibebible.com.
Service providers
Tencent Cloud processes necessary server and network data to operate the site. When you use the project assistant, the question and recent context are sent to the DeepSeek API to generate a response. Do not enter passwords, API keys, government identifiers, bank details, or other sensitive information. If analytics, email, or storage providers are added later, this notice will be updated before the new processing is enabled.
